Telecalling Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, interacting with customers, and promoting our products/services.

Job Title - Telecaller/ Sales Executive

Location - Tower B, Bhutani Alphathum, Sector 90

Pay - 15000 - 20000 (Freshers)

Shift - 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain records of calls and customer details
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
• Prior experience in telecalling/sales (preferred but not mandatory)
