Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

The Calling Executive in an EdTech organization is responsible for connecting with prospective students through outbound and inbound calls, understanding their academic needs, explaining educational products or courses, resolving queries, and guiding them through the admission or enrolment process. The role is target-driven and focuses on lead conversion, student satisfaction, and accurate data management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1.    Make outbound calls to prospective students from assigned lead databases.

2.    Handle inbound inquiries related to courses, programs, fees, batches, exams, and learning platforms.

3.    Build trust-based relationships with students through professional communication.

4.    Explain EdTech offerings such as online/offline courses, recorded/live classes, test series, mentorship programs, and learning apps.

5.    Counsel students on suitable courses based on eligibility, learning needs, and career objectives.

6.    Conduct timely and structured follow-up calls with interested and pending leads.

7.    Achieve monthly targets which is 10lakh

8.    Avoid false commitments or misrepresentation of courses and outcomes.

9.    Maintain polite tone, empathy, and professionalism at all times.

10. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and product briefings.

11. Implement feedback provided by supervisors to enhance performance.

12. Stay updated with new courses, curriculum changes, exam patterns, and platform features.

13. Improve counselling and objection-handling skills through regular training.

Experience

• Fresher to 1+ years of experience tele calling roles.

Working Conditions

• Full-time, office-based role
• Timings :- 10:30am-6:30pm & 11:30am-7:30pm
• include rotational shifts or weekend working
• good incentives on achieving targets
• Salary range – 20K -30K according to the interview
