Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential businesses customers to generate leads

• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements

• Follow up on sales inquiries from customers via phone and email

• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system

• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to ensure effective communication with clients

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimise the sales process

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a B2B telesales

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection with resilience

• Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to build relationships

• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a bonus
