Telecalling Executive / Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecalling Executive to contact potential or existing customers, generate leads, explain products/services, and support sales or customer engagement over the phone.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound/inbound calls to customers or prospects
• Explain company products or services clearly and persuasively
• Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses
• Handle customer queries and provide basic information
• Meet daily/weekly calling and performance targets
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
• Coordinate with the sales/operations team when required
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills (local language + basic English)
• Ability to convince and negotiate politely
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience:Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in telecalling / customer service / sales
