🎯 Job Summary:We are looking for a Telesales Executive who can handle outbound/inbound calls and convert leads into successful loan sales. The candidate will promote loan products like Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, and LAP over calls.

• 🔑 Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
• Handle inbound enquiries related to loan products
• Explain loan features, eligibility, and benefits clearly
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Follow up with customers for documentation and closure
• Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
• Coordinate with backend/processing team
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• 👤 Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Fresher & Experienced both can apply
• Experience in telesales / loan sales / BPO preferred
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
• 🧠 Required Skills:Strong communication & convincing skills
• Sales and negotiation ability
• Target-oriented mindset
• Basic computer knowledge
• 💰 Salary & Incentives:Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 (depending on experience)
