Telecalling Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Telecalling Team Leader to oversee our telecalling team in the real estate division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing telecallers, driving lead generation, ensuring team performance, and converting qualified leads into site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telecallers to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Train and mentor team members on communication skills, product knowledge, and sales conversion techniques.
• Monitor team performance through regular audits, call monitoring, and reports.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with leads generated from various marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth site visit scheduling and lead handovers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
• Analyze data and prepare performance reports for management review.
• Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience (minimum 1 years) in telecalling or telesales, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Minimum 1 year of team-leading experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a target-driven team.
• Proficient in MS Excel, CRM software, and data reporting.
• Excellent organizational and leadership
