Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

About the Role - We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead – Stock Trading to manage and guide a team of stock brokers. The role involves overseeing Equity and Futures & Options (F&O) trading activities, mentoring freshers, and ensuring high-quality client service. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on trading experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and monitor a team of stock brokers/traders.
• Oversee execution of buy/sell orders in Equity and F&O segments.
• Guide team members on trading strategies, market analysis, and risk management.
• Monitor market trends, charts, indices, and daily movements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Support client escalation handling and relationship management.
• Track team performance, productivity, and trading accuracy.
• Assist in training freshers on trading platforms and market basics.
• Coordinate with management to achieve business and revenue targets.
• Skills & QualificationsAny Graduate (Finance/Commerce background preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in stock broking, trading, or financial markets.
• Strong knowledge of Equity, F&O, and market instruments.
• Proven team-handling or mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with trading platforms and market tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
