Telecalling Team Leader

A Telesales Team Leader manages, trains, and motivates a team of telesales reps to hit revenue targets by setting goals, developing strategies, monitoring calls,coaching skills, handling escalations, and reporting performance to management, all while fostering a positive, high-pressure environment. Key duties involve recruitment,performance analysis, strategic planning, ensuring compliance, and driving both individual and team sales success.

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, scripts, and campaigns to boost revenue and generate leads.
• Leadership & Motivation: Lead, coach, and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, creating a high-energy, results-driven atmosphere.
• Performance Management: Set KPIs, monitor call quality, analyze performance data, provide constructive feedback, and implement corrective actions to improve sales.
