Telemarketing Executive

Job Description – Tele caller

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to explain products and services.
• Handle out going calls and respond to customer queries effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Work towards achieving daily and weekly targets assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Ability to interact with customers politely and confidently.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (freshers are welcome to apply).
