Telemarketing Executive

Job Description:We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, explaining products/services, and generating leads or bookings.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Receive and handle inbound customer calls
• Explain company products or services clearly
• Follow up with interested customers
• Maintain customer details and call records
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
• Handle customer queries and complaints politely
• Maintain professional communication at all times
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi / English)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to convince and negotiate
• Positive attitude and confidence
• Customer handling skills
• Qualification:Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass
• Freshers and experienced both can apply
• Experience:0–2 years (Telecalling or Customer Support preferred)
• Working Hours:Full-time
