Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, pitching our products/services, and generating leads or sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Deliver scripted sales pitches to persuade potential customers to purchase products or services.
• Answer questions about the company, products, and services.
• Maintain a high level of customer engagement and build rapport with prospects.
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team, if necessary.
• Maintain an accurate database of customer information and call records.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
• Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
• Comply with telemarketing regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
