We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to inform them about our products/services, answer questions, and close sales.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain the company's products and services.
• Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues when required.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward clients.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as needed].
• Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
