Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-driven Telemarketing Manager to lead and manage our telecalling team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising telemarketing executives, generating quality leads, monitoring call performance, and ensuring maximum site visits and sales conversions for our real estate projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the telemarketing / telecalling team.
• Monitor daily calling activities and ensure targets are achieved.
• Train and guide telecallers on sales pitch, objection handling, and product knowledge.
• Ensure proper lead generation and lead qualification from outbound calling.
• Track team performance through daily reports (calls, connected calls, leads, visits lined up, etc.).
• Coordinate with Sales Managers and Team Leaders to ensure leads convert into site visits and deals.
• Improve call scripts and telemarketing strategies to increase conversions.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of the telemarketing team.
• Analyze MIS reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure CRM updates and proper data management.
