We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through various outbound and inbound channels. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms

Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers

Qualify prospects based on business requirements

Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team

Maintain and update lead data in CRM (e.g., HubSpot)

Follow up with prospects through calls and emails

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets

Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills (English / Hindi )

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts

Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude

Target-oriented mindset

Qualification:

12 Passed to Graduare

💰 Salary Structure (Lead Generation Executive)

✅ For 0–1 Year Experience

Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month in hand 

Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹20,000 per month (performance-based)

Office Timings (India – Sales/Lead Gen Role)

✅ Option 1: General Shift (Most Common)

9.30 AM – 6.30 PM

Monday to Saturday
