Telesales

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to Health Care Memberships.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and market trends.

• Build and nurture client relationships for long-term engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong selling skills – mandatory.

• Fluency in Hindi is required; English is an added advantage.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound sales, preferably in: 

o 1st Preference: Health Insurance

o 2nd Preference: Life Insurance

o 3rd Preference: Credit Card and Loan Sales

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
