Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, tenants, or investors using provided lead lists.
  • Handle inbound enquiries about projects, pricing, locations, and features.
  • Explain property details clearly, including benefits, payment options, and availability.
  • Qualify leads — collect basic client requirements (budget, preference, timeline).
  • Schedule site visits or appointments for field sales agents.
  • Follow up consistently on leads to nurture interest and increase conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call & conversion targets set by the sales manager.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and lead flow.
