Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively seek new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media (LinkedIn), and following up on marketing leads.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
  • Customer Consultation & Demo: Conduct, virtual, or in-person meetings to understand client needs and deliver tailored product demonstrations or presentations.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices, contract terms, and service agreements to close deals while maximizing profitability.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and build long-term relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Log all activities, customer interactions, and pipeline data accurately in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies.
  • Goal Achievement: Work towards meeting or exceeding designated weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas.
