Job Title: Telesales Executive – Car LoansJob Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell car loan products over the phone. The ideal candidate will generate leads, explain loan offerings to customers, and convert inquiries into successful loan disbursements while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote car loan products.
• Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Explain car loan features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable car loan solutions.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to loan approval and disbursement.
• Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, and documentation) to ensure smooth processing.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
