Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for explaining products/services to customers and closing sales over the phone.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain company products/services clearly
• Follow up on leads and inquiries
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain customer database and update CRM records
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams when required
• Requirements:Good communication skills (English & Regional Language preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to convince and negotiate
• Target-oriented mindset
• Prior telesales experience is an advantage
