About the Company:

OneVahan is India's first platform for vehicle title transfer and RTO services. We help people transfer vehicle ownership without visiting the RTO office. Our clients include Cars24, L&T, ALD Automotive & LeasePlan, Mahindra First Choice, and other top companies. We are a fast-growing company operating across the country.

Role Overview:

You will build and manage relationships with used car & bike dealers across India. You will make 150+ phone calls every day. You will follow up with leads, close deals, and keep dealers engaged with our service. This role needs someone who enjoys talking to people and can turn a 'no' into a 'yes'

 Key Responsibilities

• Make 150+ outbound calls daily to car & bike dealers
• Meet assigned sales milestones by effectively managing calls, follow-ups, and closures.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with car & bike dealers
• Handle objections and negotiate to win customers
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and leads using CRM
• Maintain a high-performance outbound sales cadence to drive lead conversion and revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and Hinglish
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer service
• Basic Computer skills
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle rejection
• High energy, positive attitude, and love for talking to people
• Extrovert personality - enjoys meeting people and building relationships
• Bonus: Experience in debate, drama, or public speaking activities
