Job Description
- 🔥 Key ResponsibilitiesCall and convert inbound & outbound leads
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right product/service
- Pitch confidently over phone/video calls
- Handle objections and close sales
- Maintain follow-ups via CRM, WhatsApp, and calls
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat sales
- Coordinate with marketing & operations teams
- 🧠Ideal Candidate Profile1–3 years experience in telesales / inside sales / counseling
- Experience in healthcare, edtech, or D2C is a plus
- Strong Hindi + basic English communication
- High persuasion and negotiation skills
