Job Responsibilities:

● Identify and approach potential customers for various financial products (Home Loan, Business Loan, LAP, etc.)

● Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and benefits to clients.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

● Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and close sales to meet monthly targets.

● Collect and verify customer documents and ensure timely submission for processing.

● Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, disbursement) for smooth loan approval.

● Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings in the finance industry.

● Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Minimum 6 Month to 1years of experience in loan sales or financial advisory (Home Loan, Business Loan, or LAP).

● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Basic knowledge of financial products and loan documentation.

● Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

● Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.

● Graduate in any discipline (Finance, Commerce, or related field preferred).
