Telesales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to contact potential or existing customers by phone, promote products or services, and close sales. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound and/or handle inbound sales calls to prospective customers
• Present, promote, and sell products or services using approved scripts
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system
• Follow up on leads and existing customers to maximize conversion
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer objections professionally and close sales
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Comply with company policies and telesales regulations
