Job Title: Telesales ( Health Insurance Portability)

Location: E48, 4th Floor, Sector 3, Noida

Nearest Metro Station: Sector 16, Noida.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Health Insurance Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling health insurance products, guiding customers in selecting suitable plans, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Explain health insurance policies, benefits, and coverage details to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Generate leads through calls, referrals. (if required).
• Assist clients with documentation and policy processing.
• Follow up on policy renewals and provide after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Prior experience in insurance / sales / BFSI sector (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM systems).
• Strong customer service orientation.
