Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales over the phone. • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions/products.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Maintain customer database and record all call information accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and objections professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and service quality.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
• Requirements:Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain confident in calls.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or business is an advantage.
