Job Description

A Real Estate Telesales Executive drives property sales by initiating outbound calls to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and pitching projects to schedule site visits. They manage CRM databases, provide detailed project information, and work to meet monthly, quarterly, and revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively call prospective clients to pitch real estate projects, investment opportunities, and special offers.
  • Customer Qualification: Understand client requirements to recommend suitable property options.
  • Site Visit Coordination: Schedule and coordinate, property site visits, ensuring clients are attended to by field sales consultants.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update accurate client information, call logs, and follow-up records in the CRM system.
  • Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and site visits booked.
  • Follow-ups: Nurture leads through consistent follow-up to convert inquiries into sales.


Key Qualifications & Skills


  • Experience: 0–3 years in telesales, with preference for real estate, property sales, or consulting experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred) or 12th pass with relevant experience.
  • Communication: Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a high-pressure environment.
