Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, and close sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products or services clearly to customers.
• Generate sales leads and convert them into customers.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer questions and resolve basic queries.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
• Update CRM or sales reports regularly.
• RequirementsEducation: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in tele sales / tele calling / customer support (Freshers can also apply).
• Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
