Job Summary

BizCatalyst Technologies is seeking an energetic and target-driven Tele-sales Executive to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and promote the company’s business, startup, and compliance-related services through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound sales inquiries.
  • Explain company services including startup registration, compliance, certifications, and consultancy solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
  • Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close sales as per assigned targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or tracking sheets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Prior experience in tele-sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication.
