Job Summary
BizCatalyst Technologies is seeking an energetic and target-driven Tele-sales Executive to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and promote the company’s business, startup, and compliance-related services through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound sales inquiries.
- Explain company services including startup registration, compliance, certifications, and consultancy solutions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close sales as per assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in tele-sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication.
