Job Description

  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Identifying potential customers through research or cold calling and successfully converting those leads into paying clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Accurately recording all customer interactions, purchase orders, and follow-up schedules in the company’s CRM system.
  • Objection Handling and Negotiation: Addressing customer grievances, objections, or questions with empathy and persuasive skill to secure a sale.
  • Product Knowledge and Pitching: Deep understanding of the company's offerings to deliver effective, tailored sales pitches
  • Sales Targets and Closing: Consistently achieving or exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas by closing deals over the phone.
  • Retention and Upselling: Building long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional products
