Job Description:

We are hiring Telecallers for a Loan Profile to join our dynamic team . As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining loan products, and assisting them with the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Explain various loan products and services.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate loan solutions.

Collect necessary documents and complete loan application formalities.

Follow up with customers for application status and issue resolution.

Maintain a database of customer interactions and ensure timely updates.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass or graduate (preferred).

Good communication skills in Hindi/English (Regional language is a plus).

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.

Ability to persuade and handle customer queries effectively.

Prior experience in telecalling or loan sales is an advantage.

Freshers with a confident and energetic personality are welcome.
