Telesales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive for our Education Consultancy who can guide students, explain courses, and convert inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to students and parents.
• Explain available courses, colleges, admission process, and fees.
• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Coordinate with the counseling team for student appointments.
• Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
• Provide accurate and updated information about courses.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English or local language).
• Confident, persuasive, and student-friendly.
• Ability to explain courses clearly and handle queries.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• Experience in telesales/counseling/education sector preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
