Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Ayurvedic products
• Explain product benefits, usage, and ingredients clearly and accurately
• Understand customer health needs and recommend suitable Ayurvedic solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in CRM systems
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
