Telesales Executive

Job Description:

The Telesales Executive is responsible for selling insurance products over the phone by contacting potential and existing customers. 

The role focuses on understanding customer needs, explaining insurance plans, and closing sales while maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote insurance products

-Explain insurance policies, benefits, and coverage clearly

-Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans

-Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales

-Handle customer queries and objections professionally
