Position: B2B Sales Executive

Reporting to: Sales Manager / Business Head

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Identify and target B2B customers such as builders, contractors, architects, consultants, or corporate clients.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Pitch products/services using presentations, technical discussions, and demos.
• Prepare commercial proposals and follow up for order finalization.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, execution, procurement) for timely delivery and support.
• Maintain strong client relationships post-sales for repeat business and referrals.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and report activity regularly.
• Attend client meetings, trade shows, expos, and industry events.
• 🔧 Key Skills & Competencies: Strong B2B sales skills – prospecting, negotiation, closing.
• Good communication (verbal & written) and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting formats.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and good at follow-ups.
• Ability to understand basic technical terms (for technical product/service sales).
• Team player with a customer-first mindset.
• 📚 Qualifications: Graduate (any discipline), MBA in Marketing is a plus.
• Sales experience, preferably in construction, interiors, real estate, or industrial solutions is a plus.
