Job Title: Assistant Relationship Officer (ARO) – Personal Loan & Overdraft Sales

Department: Fintech / DSA industry

Reporting To: Relationship Manager / Sales Manager

Location: Park Town Commercial Complex Aditya World City NH 24 C Block 315, 3rd Floor Near Manipal Hospital Bamheta, Mehrauli Ghaziabad 201002

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary : Upto 20k (Depends on Interview)

🧠 Key Skills & Competencies :-*

🔹Strong sales and negotiation skills

🔹Understanding of personal loan and overdraft features — eligibility, interest rates, fees, tenure, repayment options.

🔹Understand customer needs and suggest the right product (PL vs OD).

🔹Awareness of documentation and KYC norms.

🔹Knowledge of credit assessment parameters (income, FOIR, CIBIL score, employment type, etc.).

🔹Good communication and interpersonal abilities

🔹Basic understanding of loan underwriting and credit evaluation

🔹Customer service orientation and target-driven mindset

📈 Performance Indicators :-

🔹Monthly sales target achievement

🔹Loan application conversion rate

🔹Customer satisfaction and retention rate

🔹Compliance and documentation accuracy

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:-

🔹Education -12th Passed 

🔹Experience: 6 months –3 years of experience in personal loan or overdraft sales (preferred in Fintech and DSA industry).
