Job OverviewGiftify India is looking for a motivated Telecaller / Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our products and services, and convert leads into successful orders. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads from platforms like IndiaMART, the company website, and other sources.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall potential customers from company-generated leads (IndiaMART, website, and other sources).
• Explain company products and services to customers in a clear and convincing manner.
• Convert leads into confirmed orders through effective communication and persuasion.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Skills RequiredGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Confidence in handling phone conversations with customers.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, data entry).
• Strong sales and persuasion skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
• EligibilityAny graduate or undergraduate can apply.
