Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Outbound/Inbound calling to customers for Personal Loan, OD, and other banking products
- Explaining loan features, interest rates, eligibility & documentation
- Generating leads and converting them into successful cases
- Coordinating with banks/NBFCs and internal credit teams
- Collecting and verifying customer documents
- Regular follow-ups with customers till loan disbursement
- Maintaining daily call and lead reports
- Achieving monthly targets as assigned
Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Experience in DSA / banking / loan telecalling preferred
- Knowledge of Personal Loan, OD, eligibility & documentation
- Ability to convince and handle customer objections
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, email)
Experience:
- Fresher / 6 months – 1 year (DSA or loan experience preferred)
