Job Summary

The Personal Loan Tele sales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote personal loan products and services. This role involves assessing customer needs, explaining loan features, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service and compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound and Inbound Sales Calls:
• Contact potential and existing customers through calls to promote personal loan products.
• Handle inbound inquiries related to personal loans.
• Qualify leads and assess eligibility for loans based on customer profiles.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting necessary documents.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines during sales processes.

Database Management:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and sales progress in the CRM system.
• Update the database with customer feedback and follow-up actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in telesales, preferably in financial products or personal loans.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and lending procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
