Telesales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive who will handle client calls, solve their queries, and assist in property marketing. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients.
• Understand client requirements related to property and provide proper information.
• Resolve client queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Promote and market property services to potential clients.
• Maintain proper call records and client data.
• Coordinate with the internal team for client follow-ups and updates.
• Generate leads and convert them into potential business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, etc.).
• Ability to handle client queries politely and professionally.
• Experience in telesales, real estate, or customer support will be preferred.
