Role Overview

We are hiring Telesales Executives for our life insurance lead-generation team.

The role involves cold calling, identifying potential customers, and generating leads for company growth.

Full training is provided to freshers to help them understand sales and communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Outreach & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

Explain life insurance benefit n a clear and simple manner.

Identify interested customers and generate quality leads.

2. Customer Understanding

Ask basic questions to understand the customer’s need (family security, savings, tax benefits, etc.).

Share relevant information to match customer requirements.

3. Product Knowledge

Learn the basics of life insurance product features.

Understand key benefits to pitch effectively during calls.
