🎯 Job Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to international customers (US process)

Promote company products/services confidently over the phone

Understand customer requirements and close sales effectively

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain call quality and follow sales scripts and compliance guidelines

Update customer details and call outcomes in CRM or system

Follow up with interested leads to maximize conversions

Coordinate with team leaders for performance improvement

Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction

Consistent achievement of assigned targets is mandatory

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

Sales or BPO experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
