Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented female sales executives to join our Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) Sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build client relationships, and a passion for achieving targets in a competitive market.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, and process to potential customers.
- Assist customers with documentation and application formalities for home loans and LAP.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the home loan/LAP domain.
