Job Description
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Qualification ● Manage inbound customer inquiries by providing comprehensive scheme details and cultivating actionable interest. ● Clearly and persuasively communicate the value proposition of product base solutions offered by the company. ● Ask targeted questions to qualify leads based on defined criteria. ● Maintain a high volume of calls daily to meet established targets for reach and conversion. Appointment Setting ● Book and confirm appointments for the field sales team to conduct site assessments and detailed consultations. ● Manage the sales representative's calendar efficiently to optimize their time and territory coverage. ● Follow up with prospects who requested information or missed a call to reschedule or advance them in the sales funnel. Data Management and Reporting ● Accurately log all call activity, lead interactions, and qualification details in the CRM system. ● Maintain and update the lead database to ensure data integrity. ● Provide daily/weekly reports on call volume, appointment setting rates, and lead status to the Account Manager and Team Lead. Product Knowledge Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, current promotions, and financing options. ● Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the market.
