Tele sales Executive ā DriveFitt Process
š Location: Noida
š Shift: Day Shift
š¼ Process Type: Outbound Sales ā DriveFitt (Fitness Membership / Wellness Program)
š§¾ Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Explains DriveFitt fitness plans, benefits, and offers
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate call records in CRM
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional call handling
š£ļø Communication Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi
š Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum: 12th pass
- Experience in tele sales / telemarketing / BPO sales is an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge required
