🎯 Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our growing team as Tele Sales Executives.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, explain our products/services, and convert leads into successful sales.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

Explain company products/services and their benefits clearly and confidently.

Maintain positive relationships with customers and handle inquiries professionally.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain call records and customer feedback in the CRM system.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Confident, energetic, and target-driven attitude.

Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.

Positive mindset and willingness to learn.

🎓 Qualification:

Minimum: 12th Pass
