- Contact potential customers via outbound/inbound calls
- Promote and sell Credit Cards and Loan Products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, etc.)
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, benefits, and charges clearly
- Assess customer requirements and suggest suitable financial products
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow up with customers to ensure document completion and approval
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
