Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Telesales Executives to handle inbound calls related to overdraft services. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in the banking and financial services sector. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to overdraft products.
• Explain overdraft features, eligibility, and benefits to potential customers.
• Convert inquiries into successful sales by guiding customers through the application process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
