Telesales Executive

Navurja Ayurveda is hiring target-based Sales Executives for selling Ayurvedic medicines directly to customers (B2C). This is a fixed salary + performance-based target role. Candidates should be confident in communication and comfortable working with customers over calls and digital platforms.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Explain Ayurvedic products and their benefits clearly
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain customer records and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal team for order processing
• Update data regularly using computer systems
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English basic)
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email)
• Ability to convince and close sales
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
• Basic understanding of sales/customer handling
• Job Type:Full-time
• Fixed Salary + Target-based incentives
• Preferred Candidate:Experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support (preferred but not mandatory)
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
• Interest in Ayurveda/health products is a plus
