JOB DESCRIPTION

   Key Requirements :

·      Assist customers and provide sales customer service.

·      Manage, motivate, and develop a team of telesales representatives as per role.

·      Accomplish targeted sales goals and achieve. 

·      Convincing power and good command is required.

·      Manage proper follow ups.

·      Ensure correct usage and adoption of the CRM tools.

Qualification:

·      Any Degree.

·      Prior experience as a Telecaller or similar.
