Telesales Executive

🎯 Job Summary:-A Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers by phone to promote products or services, generate sales, and maintain customer relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and a customer-focused attitude.

• 🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
• Explain products or services clearly to customers.
• Persuade customers to purchase products or book services.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns effectively.
• Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer information in the system/CRM.
• Follow up with customers to close sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs or market trends.

📚 Education

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
• 0–3 years experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service preferred.

• 💰 Typical Salary (India)₹14,000 – ₹30,000 per month + incentives (depending on experience and company)
